When will my Game Ship?

Most items ship within 2-3 business days. Custom tables require longer lead times
depending on the options you choose. Generally 7-10 business days is required for
us to manufacture your custom table. You can track the progress of your order in
the "My Account" section of our website. Additionally, you may contact
customer service
if you have questions about your specifiic order.

How is my game table shipped?
|
|
Your table is shipped via a common freight carrier such as ABF, Yellow Freight or FedEx Freight. The table is securely strapped to a pallet along with any other boxes that may come with it. Standard delivery means the tractor trailer will pull up to the curb and the driver will move your freight to the end of the trailer. YOU are responsible to get it off of the trailer. The driver is not required to help you. We strongly suggest you select"Liftgate Service" when you place your order. This means the end of the trailer will have a mechanical platform to assist you in lowering your item to the ground. You may also need several people to unload and move your item into your home depending on the weight of your item. "Inside Delivery" service may also be selected if you wish to have the driver assist you in getting your item into your garage or other ground level area.

How difficult is it to set up my game table?
|
|
Assembly difficulty varies by product. Most products only require the table to be unboxed,
the legs be fastened to the game, and the table to be stood upright and leveled.
Boss Soccer tables require assembly of the legs and installation of the rods and men.
While professional assembly is strongly recommended for our Jamestown series pool tables, it is possible
for a skilled individual to assemble it themselves. Please refer to our instruction manual to see the secific
assembly instructions.
